Selection and Process of Rice

 

Paddy Cleaning

 

The accepted paddy first goes through a cleaning process. The cleaners thoroughly dry rinse the paddy for any kind of farm trash in it. The in-process quality control ensures clean rice are offered to customers.

 

 

Sortex Machine

 

The Sortex Machine is designed to sort rice according to their sizes and it removes subtle color defect and foreign material from rice. During de-husking and polishing, rice breakage takes place which is inevitable. The broken rice can be separated through sieves and length graders.

 

Mist Polishers

 

Utmost care is taken for consistent whiteness at all the stages of polishing. This machine uses controlled air and water to provide a mist in the milling chamber. This creates a beautiful appearance on the rice through a gentle milling action, allowing high yields to be obtained.

 

VBF Vertical Friction Whitener

 

The friction-type vertical chamber allows a high degree of milling while minimizing broken. This friction milling provides a nice clean finish to the rice. The milling effect may be enhanced by utilizing water polishing, which is an option in this unit.

 

VTA Vertical Abrasive Whitener

 

The newly developed abrasion-type vertical chamber, along with other incorporated modern techniques, provides a large degree of even milling to be achieved while creating extremely few broken.

 

NTWP New Tasty White Process

 

The newly developed "Tasty White Process" provides gentle milling that assures the ideal and maximum removal of the layer from the rice grains and leaves the "Tasty" part of the rice.
